Exactly what does it mean to be a Princess?

Oh so many definitions, oh so many ways to define a true Princess.  Allow me to clarify why we’re here. This blog does not reference the traditional concept of Princess – meaning a “royal hierarchy acquired by blood relationship to the throne”.  Nor does it refer to the over -cliche’d expression used by pampered, spoiled, and controlling girls in today’s society.

This site is dedicated to those beautiful young ladies that are more consumed with the condition of their hearts- often referred to as the “inner Princess”, moreso, than the latest fashions, the shiniest lipgloss, or the best shoes.  Not that there’s anything wrong with any of those things – and I’m sure we’ll talk about some of that,  but for me, what this world needs is true Princesses-the inside out total package!

Wikipedia defines it best here: ” The gentleness and refined composure associated with the title.  It often conjures images of elegance and self control among the younger generation, a depiction of all things feminine and lovely”.  Nowadays, femine and lovely can be defined a number of ways, so I’ll sum it up by saying quality character traits, integrity, and kindness are all indicative of what a true Princess is.

If you’re one of those ladies or if you’re aspiring to be one of those ladies, stick around; “this bud’s for you”.  If you’re tired of seeing girl fights on youtube, this bud’s for you.  If you’re wondering what happened to sugar and spice and everything nice, this bud’s for you.  If you’re tired of being a material girl in a material world, this bud’s for you.  Welcome aboard the other Princess Cruise.
